As I was breezing through my Pinterest feed, I started noticing some particular instances where the image being shared was of great length in height. This engaged my thoughts to start considering how I could create content with images of extraordinary length, so as to engage my online audience with a repetitive blow to the eye, as they are scrolling the ocean of art on Pinterest.
YES… I think this would be SPAM.
A new kind of way to over-share content, in hopes to draw-in an online audience of costumers, loyal fans, and such. Taking one of the most simplest ways of sharing, and generating a morsel of stretched-out colors and symbols, to prime your pump and suck-in all those who might be willing to CLICK!
Pinterest Spam, Oh how quickly everyone should jump to the idea before Pinterest places CAP on how tall your shared image can be. Pinterest would more than likely place a digital-watch-dog on duty to keep at bay all those who decide to partake in the new adventure of Over-Sized Objects.
I encountered two that caught my eye, from two young fellows I follow online, Fr. Decker from the Catholic Underground, and Jared Dees a Faithful Christian Husband, Father, and Publisher at Ave Maria Press.

DID YOU SEE IT?
WOW … over 8000 … that is Eight Thousand … Pixels! Now I know and have used such images for public sharing, physically. I create an image so tall, the passer-by has no choice but to look as what I am sharing. You see these monster signs and their mechanisms that hold them at sign companies. Companies and organizations use them for conferences and meetings. Retail businesses place them strategically about their stores to draw you in, for the sale. Now there is a new place these businesses and organizations can apply the marketing. DO YOU THINK THEY WILL FIGURE IT OUT, before it is to late? Beat the Rush, and post your Spam today! Engage in a whole new way!… (kid of, LOL)
As a web designer in Memphis, TN, I enjoy the conversations at our local meetup groups. There are a number of individuals I can’t wait to share this with. If you have a comment, please share. This is a topic I am sure that is going to be in the top news of Social Media and Search Engine Optimization for strategy and web development.
On the Religious side of things, I am going to welcome those who share the glorious pictures of Christ, Mother Mary, the Saints and Angels, right along with any creative ideas of sharing images of Churches in unique ways that are enormous in height and color. I would consider this to be part of Action, on the Cursillo Movement, that a great many will dive into and share.
Something to ponder, something to pray.
