Women's Morning of Spirituality

The Catholic women’s conference in the Catholic Diocese of Memphis, the Women’s Morning of Spirituality, was a great success. I was happy to see the amount of women that signed up online. I knew that once it hit the 500 mark there could easily be near to a thousand women showing up at OLPH (Our Lady of Perpetual Help) in Germantown, Tennessee.

The Catholic Diocese of Memphis has had a Men’s Morning of Spirituality going on for several years, and I have felt truly blessed to help develop a website for them. And so these women in the greater Memphis area have come together and put forth a shining effort to create a blossoming event that will show the Catholic women of Memphis’ love for Christ .

The first video I am sharing, below, is the local witness speaker for the conference, Brenda Kindelan. Brenda was the person who introduced me to the Memphis Cursillo Movement, and I am very grateful and blessed to be part of such a powerful ministry.

The second video is the keynote speaker for the Catholic conference, Christina King. I am blessed to meet Christina at the Catholicon 2011, in Houston Texas. Christina King is a well known speaker throughout the United States, and I hope she comes back to visit us in the Memphis Diocese soon.
